With over 30 years of experience as educator, administrator, and academic leader both at the campus and corporate level, the founder of Campus Performance has engineered many EduTechnology solutions that incorporate existing campus systems, policies, and processes to efficiently manage and improve performance and learning outcomes and ensure student success.
The Challenge
Campus Performance has approached us with a challenging task to create a Business Intelligence tool that compliments their suite of EduTechnology Solutions in completing an EduEcosystem aligning campus operations and outcomes with employers' needs, best practices, accreditation compliance, and industry standards through an integrated learning environment (ILE). With a large number of students picking from wide variety of courses, providing an intuitive interface to breakdown the data in a meaningful way made the task at hand even more challenging.
Our Approach
The only way we can entice campuses’ administrators to use this BI tool is to provide a lightweight application with advanced reporting options. We have implemented color-coded results to engage campus administrators with quick decision-making capabilities. We created jQuery powered custom plugins to sort and filter data and generate reports in tabular and graphical views. To ensure the speed of the application we used JSON and Angular JS to refresh the millions of records in split seconds. The system is also powered with an elegant dashboard to graphically represent campus summaries at a glance

CIMS provides a user friendly and dynamic dashboard and modules to generate academic performance reports like cumulative course analysis and cumulative instructor analysis. All reports can be generated to track trending by School, Program, Instructor, and Course for the following: Retention Rate, Success Rate, Attendance Rate, Evaluation Rate, Cumulative Rate.
